Stuart Walker is Associate Dean (Research and International) and Professor of Industrial Design at the Faculty of Environmental Design, University of Calgary. He is also Adjunct Professor of Engineering at Calgary, and Visiting Professor of Sustainable Design at Kingston University, UK, and he serves of the editorial boards of 3 international academic journals. His papers have been presented and published internationally and his experimental design work has been exhibited in throughout Canada, in a stand-alone shows at the Design Museum in London, and most recently in Rome. His book Sustainability by Design: explorations in theory and practice is published by Earthscan, London, 2006
